About us - The Ebenhoch Family

The origins of Hotel Management in our Family in Weißensee are dated in the early 60s - at that time with the rent of the pension named "Sonnenplatzerl". Even the "Sonnenplatzerl" was a very beautiful "place", it was not quite our house.

In the year 1973, Ursula and Oskar Ebenhoch therefore determined despite of the economic crisis, the biulding of a new hotel in Weissensee - the hour of birth of the "Seehof". After a long and difficult search for a estate, the foundation stone for the Seehof in its present form was laid in 1974 . Opening was celebrated in September 1974 after a rapid and intensive construction phase.

In 1984 the hotel was expanded with a new building and has been constantly renovated to offer our guests modern comfort in our rooms and restaurant.

Today our Hotel is managed by Elke and Andrea Ebenhoch.
